Credentials

Ros has been coaching senior leaders and middle managers since 1991. She has:

  • Been Head of Human Resources for two investment banks
  • Set up and run two successful consultancy firms
  • Worked as an organisation review and strategy implementation consultant for two of the world’s leading management consultancies
  • Held management and policy rôles in the public sector in one of London’s emergency services.

Ros qualified as an Advanced Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), receiving a distinction for her coaching practice as part of the assessment process. This postgraduate programme is recognised and approved by the International Coach Federation. Ros was awarded Student of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Heriot-Watt University when she completed their Certificate in the Psychology of Management. She is also qualified in and licensed to use a range of leading psychometric tools.

A Fellow of the CIPD, Ros is on their coaching list, and has a BA (Hons) in Management Studies.

Ros has experience of coaching people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds - American, British, Chinese, Czechoslovakian, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian, South African and Swedish.

Ros contributes to the wider coaching community by designing and delivering training for coaches, supervising new coaches, speaking at coaching conferences, and by publishing articles on the particular challenges of coaching executives in an organisational setting.
