What’s the vision for this website?
The prime purpose of the website is to share the Diamond Model of Coaching - a coaching framework and toolbox that makes executive coaching programmes more effective by helping coaches to focus on the areas that will enable clients to perform more successfully at work.
We want the Diamond Model of Coaching website to become a great place to find tried and trusted tools to broaden your coaching repertoire. Our objective is to share information about the publicly available coaching tools that we use, as well as to share some of the tools that we have designed ourselves.
Bit by bit, we will develop a “reviewed” section of coaching books that we have found helpful. Our interest here is in helping you to home in on good resources without having to devote weeks of your time to reading average ones.
So, in the medium term, we want this site to become a treasure chest of good coaching resources. And in the longer term? Well, if this site does its bit to help people to recognise that coaching for business results is every bit as important and as exciting as transformational, life-changing coaching, then we’ll feel very, very happy!
