The Diamond Model is the result of many years working with and coaching leaders. We’ve chipped away at widely available models and theories; sifted our own experience of what works and what doesn’t; and have finally uncovered the little gem that is the Diamond Model.
We want to share it... but we don’t want to see it stolen. You have our permission to use the Diamond Model to shape your coaching conversations with individual clients. Please accredit us for this. However, we reserve all other rights. If you want to use the Diamond Model to shape a coach training programme, or to present in public or in publications, or to sell it in any way, please contact us for permission.
We want coaches to be able to use the Diamond Model when coaching. However, the model means a lot to us and we’re unattractively possessive about it. So, please get in touch if you want to do anything more than use the Diamond Model in a coaching conversation.
